The MRCOOL® Signature Series 48K split system combines a multi-position air handler with a cooling-only condenser for high-capacity residential cooling. This pairing is designed for flexible installs (upflow, downflow, or horizontal) and uses R-454B refrigerant across the system. Note the larger 7/8" suction line on this 4-ton class setup.
