This Shipping and Delivery policy applies to all orders placed with HVAC Supplies.
- We will prepare your order within 24–48 hours.
- Once processed, orders are shipped within one to two business days.
- Estimated total delivery time is approximately 3–6 business days, depending on product type and location; however, delays may occur due to carrier or regional factors.
- We email tracking information once your purchase is shipped.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
Important Delivery Information
- Due to weight and shipping restrictions, air conditioners are shipped palletized via freight service and require a scheduled delivery appointment.
- To AVOID delays, please make sure the phone number in your order details is correct and one where you can be reached. You may also contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to schedule your delivery.
- It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery environment. We are not liable for any packages that are stolen or lost after delivery is confirmed.
- Please verify your shipping address carefully. Changes to the shipping address after the order has shipped may result in additional fees of 15% or more, depending on freight weight and dimensions.
- Delivery is typically curbside. The freight driver does not move equipment inside your home or jobsite.
- If you need liftgate service, request it when scheduling your delivery appointment with the carrier.
- If the carrier cannot reach you to schedule an appointment, delivery may be delayed, and storage or redelivery fees may apply.
Smallwares Information
- Smaller items such as Installation Kits, Smart Connectivity Dongles, and TTW Sleeves may be shipped via FedEx without a signature requirement if ordered individually.
- It is your responsibility to ensure a safe delivery location. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Inspect Your Merchandise Before Signing
Please inspect your boxes carefully upon delivery. Shipments should arrive shrink-wrapped and on a pallet. If you notice any damage or signs of mishandling (such as a crushed box or forklift puncture), write comments on the delivery receipt before signing, even if the damage appears minor.
If you notice any damage, contact us immediately so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Additional signs to look for before signing:
- Torn shrink-wrap, wet or soft cartons, or heavy re-taping.
- Visible dents, parts rattling inside, or anything that seems off.
For major damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number and photos.
Multi-Brand & Mixed Cart Orders
We ship equipment and supplies across multiple manufacturers. If your order contains both freight and parcel items, it may ship in multiple packages or separate shipments. We will email tracking information for each shipment as labels are created and items leave our fulfillment network.
