Important Delivery Information

Freight Delivery Appointments

Due to size and weight restrictions, air conditioners are shipped palletized via freight service and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Correct Phone Number

Provide a correct and working phone number so the carrier can reach you to schedule your delivery.

Safe Delivery Environment

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery environment. We are not liable for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery is confirmed.

Address Changes May Add Fees

Address changes after shipment may result in additional fees of 15% or more, depending on freight weight and dimensions.

Curbside Delivery

Delivery is typically curbside. The freight driver does not move equipment inside your home or jobsite.

Liftgate Service

If you need liftgate service, request it when scheduling your delivery appointment with the carrier.

Missed Appointments

If the carrier cannot reach you to schedule an appointment, delivery may be delayed and storage or redelivery fees may apply.

Inspect at Delivery

Always inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing the receipt.

Freight vs. Small Parcel

We ship different types of items using the best method for safety and speed.

Freight / LTL Large, palletized HVAC equipment ships via freight service and usually requires a delivery appointment.
Small Parcel Smaller accessories and parts may ship via FedEx or similar carriers for faster delivery.

Inspect Your Merchandise Before Signing

Please inspect your boxes carefully upon delivery. Shipments should arrive shrink-wrapped and on a pallet.

  • Torn shrink-wrap, wet or soft cartons, or heavy re-taping.
  • Crushed boxes or visible dents.
  • Punctures, holes, or parts rattling inside.
  • Anything that seems off.
  • For major damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order number and photos.

Multi-Brand & Mixed Cart Orders

Orders with multiple brands or a mix of freight and parcel items may arrive in separate shipments.

Multiple Shipments Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive on different days.
Tracking for Each You will receive tracking information for each shipment as labels are created.
