Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery. Conditions apply.

  • A Return Authorization (RA) is required before sending anything back. Contact us first and we'll give you instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
  • To be eligible for return, products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless otherwise approved in writing.

Exchanges and Partial Returns

To keep product integrity and inventory accurate, we have a few hard rules here:

  • We do NOT offer exchanges.
  • We do NOT accept partial returns.
  • Only complete systems, exactly as originally shipped, are eligible for return.
  • If you need a different product, place a new order.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or shipping damage.

  • If we arrange return shipping or provide a label or Bill of Lading (BOL), that cost comes out of your refund.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Restocking fees start at 20% and may increase depending on the condition of the returned item, up to the maximum allowed by law. Items that are not in resellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

This includes products that are:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Installed
  • Missing packaging
  • Missing parts
  • Damaged
  • Modified
  • Not in resellable condition

Products that are not in resellable condition may be denied a refund.

Non-Returnable Products

These items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or if the item was received damaged or incorrect:

  • Installed systems
  • Used systems
  • Systems missing original packaging
  • Systems missing parts or accessories
  • Systems returned incomplete
  • Systems damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect Items or Shipping Damage

If you got the wrong item or documented shipping damage at delivery, contact us right away. We'll work to sort it out quickly.

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

Manufacturer Defects and Warranty

The equipment must be installed by a licensed HVAC technician. Once installed, warranty coverage is handled by the manufacturer — not us.

If a manufacturer's defect is confirmed, their warranty process applies. We'll help coordinate where we can. You may need to provide:

  • A technician's report
  • A manufacturer's case number
  • License information

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The following may be deducted before your refund is issued:

  • Restocking fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs, if applicable
  • Any additional fees based on product condition

Refund processing begins after the returned item is received and inspected.
