These Terms of Service apply to all purchases, orders, and use of the HVAC Supplies website. We're operated by HVAC E-Commerce Group LLC, doing business as HVAC Supplies. When we say 'we' or 'us,' that's who we mean.
Using this site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
This site operates on the Shopify platform. All transactions are between you and us — not Shopify.
1. Who Can Use This Site
You need to be old enough to enter into legal agreements in your area. If you're not, don't place an order.
When you create an account or place an order, you're responsible for keeping your login secure. Don't share it, sell it, or hand it off to someone else. What happens under your account is on you.
2. Products and Listings
We do our best to keep product information accurate, specs, images, pricing, availability. But things change. Manufacturers update products. Prices shift. We can't guarantee every detail is perfect at all times.
Product images are for reference. What you receive is the product as described, not necessarily as styled in a photo. If something's out of stock, we'll let you know.
3. Placing an Order
Clicking 'Buy' is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed order. We accept it once payment goes through and you get confirmation from us.
We can reject or revise an order if something's wrong, a pricing error, a stock issue, anything like that. If that happens, we'll reach out using the contact info you gave us.
All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms of Service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices can change without notice. What you see at checkout is what you pay, but that doesn't include taxes or shipping unless it says so.
When you place an order, you're authorizing us to charge your payment method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. We don't control carriers, weather, or anything once it leaves the warehouse. Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Once the order is handed to the carrier, it is considered shipped. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns and Cancellations
This is handled in full by our Returns & Cancellations Policy. It covers restocking fees, freight refusals, inspection timelines, and refund processing, all of it. That policy is part of these terms.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
7. Our Content
Everything on this site, text, images, logos, graphics, software, belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy it, repost it, or use it for anything without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links and Tools
Some links or features on this site go to third-party tools or websites. We don't control those. Use them at your own risk, their own terms apply, not ours.
9. Our Relationship with Shopify
This store runs on Shopify's platform. But every transaction is between you and HVAC Supplies. Shopify is not a party to any sales transaction between you and HVAC Supplies. Any issues with an order are between you and us.
By using this site, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made here.
10. Feedback and Reviews
If you leave a review or send us feedback, we can use it, no compensation owed, no restrictions. Make sure what you submit is yours to share and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
11. Errors
If there's an error on the site, wrong price, wrong spec, wrong availability, we'll fix it. We can also cancel an order tied to an error. We'll let you know if that affects your order.
12. Prohibited Uses
Don't use this site to do anything illegal. Don't try to hack it, scrape it, or break it. Don't violate anyone's intellectual property. If you do, we'll cut off your access.
13. Termination
We can suspend or end your access at any time if you violate these terms. Any obligations you had before that point still stand.
14. No Warranties
This site and everything on it is provided as-is. We don't make promises about how it performs or whether it'll meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Liability Limit
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HVAC Supplies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Supplies, Shopify, and their affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
17. Texas Law Applies
These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
18. We Can Update These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We'll post changes here. If you keep using the site after an update, you've accepted the new terms.
