The MRCOOL® MCMP3036BOTB Pre-Charged A-Coil speeds up installs and upgrades: it ships factory-charged with next-gen R-454B, integrates a pre-installed TXV, and is designed to work with MRCOOL® No-Vac® pre-charged line sets or standard flare/sweat connections. CoolGuard® corrosion-resistant construction and a built-in A2L refrigerant leak-detection sensor add durability and safety for dependable year-round comfort.

Pre-charged with R-454B for faster installs. Multi-position (upflow, downflow, horizontal left/right). Pre-installed TXV metering device. Works with MRCOOL® No-Vac® pre-charged line sets.

A2L Leak Sensor & Response: If a refrigerant leak is detected, the indoor unit will run the fan and the outdoor compressor will stop; the leak sensor’s service life is approximately 15 years (see manual for details).
Install & Wiring: Follow national and local codes, provide clearances for service, piping, and condensate lines, and observe all electrical safety and grounding requirements.

Installation Advantages
Supports MRCOOL® No-Vac® Quick Connect® line-set installation (see manual for torque/connection steps), or conventional flare/sweat with proper evacuation, brazing, and leak checking. Provide level placement and seal all duct transitions to prevent air leakage; maintain service clearances.
