The GLXS3BN4810 condenser is a 4 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the GLXS3BN4810 can usually cover a medium to large house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.

The Goodman GLXS3BN4810 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.

In ideal climate conditions, this 100,000 BTU furnace is usually used to heat a medium to large house.

80% Efficiency Rating

The GR9T801005CX Goodman gas furnace is 80% efficient, and the standard furnace efficiency on the market today.
