The GRVT960403BN gas furnace is 96% efficient, meaning that a whopping 96% of the gas going into the furnace is used to heat your home, and only 4% of the fuel going into the furnace is lost out of the exhaust. Thanks to its efficiency, the GRVT960403BN is a condensing furnace, meaning that it requires plastic or PVC pipe flue venting.
Two Stage Variable Speed Furnace
