The GLXS3BN1810 condenser is a 1.5 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the GLXS3BN1810 can usually cover a small house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.

The Goodman GLXS3BN1810 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.

96% Efficiency Rating

The GD9S960603BN Goodman gas furnace has a 96% efficiency rating. This means that only 4% of the fuel going into the furnace is used up in normal furnace operations and not used to heat your home. The remaining 96% of the inputted fuel is used to heat your home. 96% efficient furnaces is one of the highest efficiencies of natural gas furnaces available for purchase with today's technology.
