Designed for 208–230V installations, Olivia Midnight combines advanced comfort features with efficient performance (up to 23.1 SEER2).
Comfort and convenience features include Auto-Swing horizontal louvers for improved air circulation, Turbo Mode for rapid heating/cooling, Follow Me sensing from the remote, Timer On/Off and Sleep Mode, plus 46° Freeze Protection. Advanced technology includes 12Hz ultra-low compressor speed for quiet efficiency, High-Frequency Racer Technology for fast startup response, an electronic expansion valve for optimized refrigerant flow management, and an intelligent dusting switch that reverses the fan to help clear dust, sand, and debris from the coil. Built with TU1 copper tubes for durability and efficient heat transfer.
The Regular single-zone outdoor unit uses inverter control to closely match heating/cooling demand while helping reduce energy use.
