Overview
The Cooper&Hunter 12,000 BTU Olivia Hyper system is a single-zone ductless mini split heat pump designed for inverter-driven comfort on 208–230V power. Pairing the Olivia indoor wall mount with a Hyper Heat outdoor condenser delivers efficient cooling and cold-climate capable heating with wide ambient operating limits.
Comfort features include Follow Me temperature sensing via the remote, Sleep and Timer modes, and 46° Freeze Protection. Control is handled by the included C&H remote, with optional smart control supported when used with an optional WiFi kit and the C&H Remote app. Olivia systems also feature Genius Core Technology to support ultra-low compressor operation for added energy savings.
