4 Tons

The ACIQ R5A5S48AKAWA air conditioner condenser has an output of 4 tons, generally enough to cool a medium to large house in ideal climates. In many system configurations, the tonnage of the unit's paired coil or air handler will be larger in tonnage than this condenser, which maintains the efficiency of the unit. Warranty

ACIQ offers a 10 year parts warranty on this condenser. For these warranties to be upheld, the unit must be installed following your state and local codes, a new and certified coil must be installed at the same time, and the entire system must be registered online through the manufacturer.

The cabinet of ACIQ units are extremely durable. On the R5A5S48AKAWA, there are reinforced corner posts and the internals of the unit are protected by an additional inlet grille, all to provide enhanced protection to the unit.

100,000 BTU, 98% AFUE

The ACiQ G97CMN1002122A has an input of 100,000 BTU. With an efficiency of 98%, this means that the furnace has an output of 98,000 BTU, meaning that it is generally suitable for medium to large house in ideal climates. The 98% AFUE also means that for the gas going into the furnace, 98% of it is used to heat your home while the remaining 2% is lost out the flue piping and lost to normal furnace operations. All 90% and above furnaces require plastic/PVC flue venting, and if you need it to be metal flue venting to match your current setup, you would need to get an 80% efficient furnace. While this unit uses natural gas as fuel out of the box, we also have an LP conversion kit, available at an additional cost.
