The AQ-GLXS3BN6010 condenser is a 5 ton AC only unit. In an ideal climate situation, the AQ-GLXS3BN6010 can usually cover a large house. For this unit to function, an indoor air handler or coil is required, and this unit is cooling only with no heating capacity on its own.
13.4 SEER2
The ACiQ AQ-GLXS3BN6010 AC condenser is designed to be 13.4 SEER2. This is the lowest efficiency on the market today, making it an inexpensive option for northern states. Please note that this product is regulated by DOE Efficiency Standards.
Due to efficiency requirements, this unit cannot be installed in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Warranty
The AQ-GLXS3BN6010 condenser comes with ACiQ's standard 10 year parts warranty with online registration through the manufacturer. An installation that follows your state and local codes is required for the warranty to be upheld.

With an enhanced copper tube and aluminum fin coil, the AQ-GLXS3BN6010 is designed to prevent coil degradation. With the baked-on powder-paint finish, the condenser's heavy-gauge galvanized-steel cabinet is approved for up to 500 hours of salt-spray. At an output of 5 tons, the ACiQ AQ-CHPTA6030D3 evaporator coil is ready for almost any horizontal application that matches that output need. In entire system configurations, the coil will be either larger or the same size as the condenser's tonnage. As such, the tonnages of the coil and the condenser may be different in order to maintain the unit's efficiency. Please note that for this coil to function, a furnace or blower and a condenser is required, all sold separately. This coil is not designed to replace a coil in a single-piece air handler.

The AQ-CHPTA6030D3 coil is covered under ACiQ's standard 10 year parts warranty when the unit is installed following your state and local codes, the coil is paired with a compatible R32 condenser, and the entire system is registered online through the manufacturer.

96% AFUE
The AQ-GR9T961205DN ACiQ gas furnace is a 96% efficient furnace, making it a condensing setup. This efficiency means that only 4% of the fuel going into the furnace is used up in furnace operations, while 96% of the fuel is used to heat your home. As a condensing furnace, this furnace will need to be vented with plastic or PVC flue venting. If you need to use metal flue venting, you would need an 80% efficient furnace.
Two Stage 9-Speed Furnace
With a two stage burner, the AQ-GR9T961205DN provides two heating outputs: one at a 60% heating output and one at a 100% output. The furnace also has a 9 speed ECM motor instead of the last-generation inefficient PSC motor.
