We accept returns for eligible defective and non-defective products, subject to the requirements below. However, all HVAC parts, replacement parts, repair parts, electrical components, control boards, sensors, motors, compressors, and technical part orders are final sale purchases.

Condition Required

Products must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.

RMA required. Do not ship anything back until you receive return instructions and an RMA.

  • Products that are new, unused, and uninstalled, where returns are allowed.
  • Returned in original packaging with all parts, manuals, remotes, and accessories.
  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery unless the listing states otherwise.

  • HVAC parts, replacement parts, repair parts, electrical components, control boards, sensors, motors, compressors, and technical part orders.
  • Installed, used, energized, charged, mounted, or modified products.
  • Items missing parts or returned without original packaging.
  • Requests submitted after the return window unless required by law or stated on the listing.
  • Any product marked Final Sale, Clearance, As-Is, or otherwise non-returnable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • We can cancel orders before shipment when possible.
  • Orders canceled after processing but before shipment may be subject to a 4%–6.5% cancellation fee.
  • If an order has already shipped, cancellation is handled as a return only when the product is eligible for return.
  • HVAC parts and technical part orders are final sale and may not be cancellable, returnable, refundable, or exchangeable once placed.
Tip: If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. HVAC part orders are final sale and may not be cancelable once processing begins.

HVAC Parts & Technical Part Orders Are Final Sale

HVAC parts, replacement parts, repair parts, electrical components, control boards, sensors, motors, compressors, and technical part orders are final sale purchases.

These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to incorrect diagnosis, incorrect part number, compatibility issues, or ordering error.

Do not ship HVAC parts back for return. Unauthorized HVAC part returns may be refused, rejected, discarded, delayed, or returned at the customer’s expense.

Calls may be recorded, and part numbers must be correctly provided over the phone at the time of order. Customers should verify parts before purchase.

Final sale notice: Because HVAC parts are ordered based on the information provided at the time of purchase, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations may not be available once the order has been placed.

Damaged Shipments & Delivery Inspection

At Delivery

  • Inspect packaging and the unit before signing when possible.
  • Note visible freight damage on the delivery receipt before accepting.
  • Take photos of packaging, labels, and product condition.
  • Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Do not discard packaging until inspection is complete.
  • Do not schedule installation until the unit is verified acceptable.
  • Minor cosmetic blemishes that do not affect operation are not considered defects.

Return Shipping, Freight, and Routing

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping/freight unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Freight returns must follow the carrier and routing instructions provided with your RMA.
  • HVAC parts and technical part orders are final sale and are not eligible for return shipping labels.

Routing & Freight Terms

  • Your RMA will specify the correct return address and instructions when a return is eligible.
  • Returns shipped to the wrong facility may be delayed and may incur reconsignment fees.
  • Restocking fees may apply based on condition and manufacturer policy.

Refunds & Processing

Approved refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
