Condensate Pump
A condensate pump is a small, motorized device used to pump wastewater from an HVAC system when a gravity drain is not available. This is a common requirement for installations in basements or in the middle of a large building where the Air Handlers are located below the sewer line. Many Single Zone Ceiling Cassettes come with built-in pumps to lift water into the ceiling plenum for disposal. If your Ductless Mini Splits indoor unit is mounted on an interior wall, an external condensate pump may be necessary to move the water to the outside. These pumps include a small reservoir and a float switch that turns the motor on only when needed. You can find high-reliability pumps in our Parts department for both residential and commercial applications. Regular maintenance of the pump's filter and check valve is required to prevent overflow. It is a vital accessory for versatile equipment placement in any home or office.
